Siddha Medicinal Uses :
Leaf juice in the dose of 1 to 2 teaspoon is administered two times a day daily for Ascites, Kalladaippu or Urinary calculus, burning micturation.
The decoction of this plant is used or added as an ingredient in the gruel prepared for pregnant woman and administered after seventh month twice daily.
The samoolam of this plant is prepared as decoction and given in the dose of 20 to 60 ml for all urinary complaints.
