Government Siddha Medical College, Palayamkottai the Mother College for Siddha Medicine, completed 50 years. On this occasion the GSMC students union organized 3 day celebrations including “Siddham 50” Mega Expo to make people aware of the importance of Siddha Medicine and Siddha Life style to common man. The budding doctors also displayed their ‘dream campus’ of Siddha University. The ‘miniature dream campus,’ include an administrative block, teaching block, hospital with separate in-patient and out-patients sections, herbal garden, library, hostels, playground, etc speaks aloud the yearning of the students for realising such a well-equipped campus.
