‘BREAK FAST’ means to ‘break the fast’

Think before you skip your breakfast. Due to busy and hectic life, most of us are least bothered of our diet and lifestyle and one of the most important of those is ‘having breakfast.’ Majority of adults and kids skip their breakfast without knowing the adversities as it effects both physical and mental health.
